Over the past few months we have seen nothing but negative images, behaviors and actions. However, today I want to talk about Youth Living For Christ. The youth who are serving in the Body of Christ those extraordinary young people who are impacting and changing lives through their actions. We must begin speaking about our Youth who are doing good, achieving good grades, moving forward in their life, achieving great things and graduating high school and college. We need to take away the conotations of negative images being displayed on our youth. We need to lift those who are doing good. We need to leap out on Faith. Tell our youth How well they are doing! Begin to speaking LIFE into their Spirit. Transform their lives by encouraging them to do GREAT! and achieve GREATNESS! It is up to us as believers in the Body of Christ to transform the image that the enemy has placed in our society about our youth. He has launched an attack of deception into the seeds of Abraham. We need to remind ourselves that we are part of the seed of Abraham who is the father of faith. He achieved greatness as being one called "A Friend of God" we need to instruct and equip our children in developing a relationship with Jesus that they may be a FRIEND to Jesus. There is more to this world than bad things and youth who are struggling to find their identity. We have to understand that the enemy is after the seed of Abraham to destroy the people of God. That ole enemy has planned a marketing strategy that includes imprisoning our youth, medicating our children by diagnosing them as ADHD so they are prepared for drugs and alcohol to get through the day. We have allowed the enemy to take dominion in our schools, homes and community. Let's Flip this SCRIPT! and begin telling our young people HOW GREAT THEY ARE IN JESUS! Speak to them about How Love flows in their veins. Tell them they are Children of Faith becomes they come from the seed of Abraham who through Christ we have become heirs to a GREAT INHERITANCE!. Teach them the about Beauty that stems from Joy! Share with them the Goodness of the Lord! Equip them with WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT, LOVE AND JOY! EDIFY them by congratulating them for a job well done no matter how small or big. Thank them for the small jobs they have accomplished.. When they take out the trash reward them with praise! Dance with your children, share the hugs they desperately need. Get involved in the Youth ministry at church so you can teach them the ways of the Lord. If there is nothing for youth and children to do in your community CREATE something Positive for them to do.. Talk to your church about opening the doors of the building as a community center for after-school programs and summer programs. Recruit volunteers who will rotate on schedule to be there to assist make it hard for the CHURCHES TO CLOSE THEIR DOORS in the evening. BE THERE! Encourage! Lift Them Up! Praise THEM! and take back dominion in the hearts of our young people. It is up to us the ADULTS to lead the way! There are many young people who desire to serve, live and do well for Christ. How will they where to start if we are not willing to TELL IT! REVEAL IT! and MANIFEST IT! Let's stop being on the sidebar of the enemy and begin walking and living in the Kingdom of God and teaching them that they are not born bad instead they are GREAT IN CHRIST!Image
